Based on the customer’s requirements (drawing, sample) we design and manufacture a new set of tools including rolling out a reference sample. We make tools for various kinds of strips (steel, stainless steel, galvanized strip, copper etc.) for strip thickness from 0,1 do 6 mm.
When agreed we can rebuild older rolls for our own and other manufacturer’s machines.
As standard, the forming tools are made of the following materials
- steel to DIN x210 Cr12
- ASTM - D3
- Al bronze
- tungsten carbide 88
- AMPCO 25
